Every ESTETICO luggage comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and material flaws for the lifetime of the product.

How to Claim Warranty
Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to our customer service team via email, phone, or online form. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Submit photos of the defect, proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation), and any other relevant documentation requested by our team.
Warranty Review
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or photos if needed.
Resolution
If approved, we'll either repair, replace, or refund your item based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Period
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, as long as it's used for its intended purpose and maintained properly.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims. Keep your purchase receipt in a safe place.
Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage does not extend to second-hand purchases.
Repair or Replacement
At our discretion, we may repair the defective item, replace it with a similar product, or provide a refund. Replacement items may be of a different color or style if the original is no longer available.
Shipping Costs
For valid warranty claims, we cover the cost of shipping the item to our service center and returning it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs if the claim is denied.
