30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your ESTETICO luggage for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used or damaged by customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Contact our customer service team via email, phone, or through your account dashboard. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label via email. This must be included with your return.

Package Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include the RA number and original invoice copy.

Ship Your Return

Use the provided return shipping label and drop off at the nearest courier location. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Exchange Policy

Size/Color Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are free of charge
  • Price difference will be adjusted
  • Original item must be unused

Exchange Process

Follow the same return process, but specify "Exchange" when initiating your request. We'll ship your new item once we receive the original.

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping
  • Wrong Item Sent: Free return shipping
  • Customer Preference: Return shipping charges apply

Refund Amount

You'll receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
